Cloud Riders

Culture

Cloud riders are flying vehicles that are levitated using captured kinetic energy.

Functionality

Canisters of energy cause the vehicle to fly, and valves on the canisters are controlled manually for steering. Perforated pipes are used to direct air around the exterior of the vehicle, which allows for steering.

When at rest, the vehicle is stored at a dock in order to store energy from moving water or high winds.
